This workshop is for you if you want to express your achievements and strengths clearly, naturally, and confidently, without overexplaining, apologising, or feeling awkward.


It’s not about boasting, presentations, or public speaking.


It’s about how you show up in real workplace moments like one-to-ones, performance reviews, meetings, so colleagues notice and value your contributions.


In this small, supportive session, you’ll practise practical, grounded techniques to communicate your value calmly and confidently, even if you tend to downplay yourself or overthink what you say.

  • shares your achievements and strengths naturally, without over-explaining

  • communicates what you contribute with clarity and authority

  • responds confidently to questions, challenges, or feedback

What we’ll work on

We’ll explore simple techniques for:


  • highlighting your achievements without sounding self-conscious

  • framing your ideas and contributions persuasively

  • responding to pushback or challenging questions calmly

  • speaking confidently about yourself in real workplace conversations


Everything is conversational, grounded, and practical.


How the session works

  • Small group (maximum 5 people)

  • Coaching-led, not a lecture

  • Gentle, real-world practice, no pressure to perform

  • Seated, conversational exercises rather than standing up or presenting


You’ll be supported throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace.


Who this is for

This workshop is ideal if you:


  • know what you want to say but struggle to communicate them

  • worry about sounding arrogant, unclear, or not confident enough

  • overthink conversations after they’ve happened
