You're competent, thoughtful, and good at your job but that doesn't always come across in the moment. 

Speak with Calm Confidence exists for exactly that gap.

This worksop isn't about performance or presentation skills in the traditional sense. It's about what happens in real workplace conversations, meetings, one to ones, or speaking to someone senior. Those moments where you want to sound grounded and credible without forcing yourself into a style that doesn't fit. 

What makes this different is how practical and human it is.

This is not a lecture where you sit quietly and take notes you never look at again. It' s a small, face to face session in Manchester city centre where you can try things out in a safe space, get personalised feedback, and understand what actually works for you (not what works for the loudest person in the room). 

Because the group is so small, you're not lost in the crowd (sorry, not sorry...).

I can see how you speak, how you hold yourself, where your confidence dips, and where it's already there but just not coming through yet. We work with that, gently and practically.
