This workshop is for you if you want to handle tense, emotional, or high-pressure conversations at work without feeling overwhelmed, apologetic, or unsure of what to say.
It’s not about debates, arguments, or public speaking.
It’s about how you show up in real workplace moments like one-to-ones, performance reviews, meetings or situations where stakes are high, so you communicate your perspective clearly and calmly while maintaining authority and presence.
In this small, supportive session, you’ll practise practical, grounded techniques to respond effectively, stay composed, and manage reactions, even when conversations are challenging.

What we’ll work on
We’ll explore simple techniques for:
handling questions or challenges calmly and assertively
responding without over-explaining or apologising
speaking when emotions are present without escalating tension
turning difficult conversations into productive outcomes
Everything is conversational, grounded, and practical.

Small group (maximum 5 people)
Coaching-led, not a lecture
Gentle, real-world practice, no pressure to perform
Seated, conversational exercises rather than standing up or presenting
You’ll be supported throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace.
