This workshop is for you if you want to speak with more clarity and confidence at work, without feeling rushed, emotional, or in your head afterwards.
It’s not about public speaking, presentations, or performing.
It’s about how you show up in real conversations, meetings, and moments where you want to be taken seriously.
In this small, supportive session, you’ll practise simple, practical techniques that help you communicate with calm authority, even when you feel nervous, under pressure, or unsure how you’ll come across.

What you’ll work on
You’ll explore how small changes in pace, tone, posture, and presence can completely change how confident you feel when you speak and how others respond to you.
You’ll practise in everyday situations such as:
sharing an opinion in a meeting
explaining an idea clearly without over-explaining
responding calmly when challenged or interrupted
speaking when emotions are present without losing control
Everything is conversational, grounded, and practical.
How the session works
Small group (maximum 5 people)
Coaching-led, not a lecture
Gentle, real-world practice, no pressure to perform
Seated, conversational exercises rather than standing up or presenting
You’ll be supported throughout and encouraged to work at your own pace.
