Cancellation Policy
1. Session Expiry - All individual sessions and packages must be taken within the specified timeframe, starting from the date of purchase. - Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - More than 24 hours’ before a session: You may cancel or reschedule a session without being charged. - Between 24 hours and 12 hours before a session: You will be charged 80% of the session price - Less than 12 hours’ before a session: The session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - If the coach needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that session. - Partial refunds are not available once a package has started. If you decide not to continue, unused sessions may be transferred to someone else within the 12-month validity period. 4. Renewal Policy - Most coaching packages are one-time purchases. This means they do not renew automatically. You’ll only be charged once, and if you’d like to continue, you can manually book and pay for your next sessions. - The Momentum Plan is a recurring monthly subscription. This plan is designed to help you build consistent progress and includes automatic monthly renewals. If you wish to stop the plan, please make sure to cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. 5. Commitment & Confidentiality - Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your engagement and commitment. - All discussions in coaching sessions remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
